Mr. Konicki is a manger with the New York State Department of Labor’s Unemployment Insurance Division. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Canisius College. He is a certified database developer and has created and implemented systems for the Canadian fisheries industry, major United States manufacturers, and New York State government. His interests include cooking, genealogy, civics and Polish history, language and culture. He has served on the Board of numerous not-for-profit and charitable institutions. He is a deacon in the Polish National Catholic Church (PNCC). He is married and has three children.<\/p>\n
